The United Nations General Assembly is set to celebrate 2021 as the International Year of Fruits and Vegetables. The decision was made to educate the public on the importance of fruits and vegetables.

The goal is to educate the public on the need to maintain a healthy diet. It also emphasizes the sustainable production of fruits and vegetables. The UN aims to promote fruit production and sales globally.

The UN concerned about the global economic, ecological and social impacts of the losses on the marketing of fruits and vegetables.
 

They are also adopting innovative technologies and farming practices to offset the losses in the production of fruits and vegetables.

The idea behind such an annual event is to educate people around the world on the need to maintain a balanced diet and a better lifestyle, make aware of the nutrients and health benefits of using fruits and vegetables.

Everyone knows that adding fruits and vegetables to your diet is good for health. Fruits and vegetables are also very good for mental health. They have been found to positive for life and to reduce mental tension. 

A study in Australia has found that eating one slice of fruit is more beneficial than walking eight days a month.

Studies show that proteins in fruit can help to arouse mood and relieve tension.

Studies have shown that a diet of fruits and vegetables can improve memory.

The study is based on  28,000 men average age of 51 in  20 years. Every last four years of 20 years, only fruits and vegetables were included in their diet.
