Food Poisoning
Food poisoning is an illness caused by eating contaminated food. often food poisoning symptoms may appear in some hours after a meal, or sometimes as long as a day. It can affect the brain and nervous system and may lead to death.
Food poisoning symptoms:

- Cleanliness is important. Kitchen and surroundings should be kept clean
- Wash your hands with soap and water before cooking
- The serving utensils should be clean
- When you cook vegetables, fish, eggs and meat, the waste must be disposed of in the wastebasket in a timely manner
- Wastebaskets should be cleaned daily
- The fly should be avoided
- Do not use rotten vegetables, stale fish, eggs or meat
