- Be very careful when using shampoo. Never apply shampoo directly on your head. Shampoo should be used after diluting it with water. After shampooing, apply conditioner to your hair. The conditioner can be used to restore the natural moisture of your hair.

Castor Oil
Castor oil is available in all medical shops especially ayurvedic medical shops.
How to use
Pour some oil in your hand and rub it on your scalp with your fingers. After 5 minutes, rinse with ayurvedic shampoo (It is best if you wash the triple diluted solution with water "Triphala powder" is better). Do not use chemical shampoo. Do it 3 days a week.
This will help to prevent dandruff and hair loss.
How many types of dandruff affects our hair
There are three types of dandruff include:
- Contact Dermatitis: because of hair care products such as shampoo, gel or hair dye can irritate your scalp and cause redness, itching and flakes.
- Seborrheic Dermatitis: This is an oily, itchy, irritated skin that will float on your scalp.
- Malassezia is a fungus that grows in the oil of your scalp.
