You can also use tea and chocolate to decrease bad cholesterol. Chocolate contains HDL or good cholesterol. Non-Milk Chocolate Items are also anti-oxidant. It also prevents cardiovascular blockage at heart.

Reducing the amount of fat in the body also helps to lower cholesterol. Eating more fatty food that often increases the cholesterol level in the body. To avoid fat, sweet, oily foods as much as possible.

Green Tea

  2. Fish - sardines, mackerel, cane, tuna, fish oils
  3. Nuts - Almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts.
  4. Flaxseed
  5. Olive oil is an oil-rich in omega-3-fatty acid. It can be used in salads. Mustard oil is also good. It can be used for cooking.
Foods like, green grams, soybeans, leafy vegetables, passion fruit are also sources of good cholesterol. The soaked green gram is very effective. Red wine will benefit in very controlled quantities.
