Jungle Safari | Chalakkudy to Athirappally - Malakkappara | Places to Visit Kerala

Jungle Safari Through Rain Forest

Athirappalli is one of the most attractive and busiest tourist place in Kerala, India.

Happy news for travelers

Without fear now tourists can visit Athirappalli waterfalls and Malakkappara Tribal settlements by protection of Kerala Tourism Department.

Kerala Tourism Department started project 'Jungle Safari' for tourists. Visiting places are Athirappilly, Vazhachal, Charpa, Peringalkuththu, Sholayar (rain forests and evergreen forests), Malakkappara tribal settlement.

It is about 90 km from Chalakkudy

Many wild animals like elephants, buffaloes, jaguars, wild beasts etc are found here. So the journey is often dangerous.

The Kerala Tourism Dept. started Jungle Safari in 2014.

I think it is the easiest and simplest way to explore nature.
